We had a unique opportunity to learn about the latest advancements in the tech industry and share who we are. Techunifi LLC successfully deployed state-of-the-art Phone System and Guest room Phones for this brand-new hotel, opening this month. The installation was completed using Techunifi's cloud-based tracking tool for tracking each system component, which captured the component information, deployment, and verification of installed items. In addition, techunifi's expert technicians also helped place and connect the Hilton On-Q/PEP Hardware including the core headend components and all PCs as well as peripheral hardware for remote configuration and adoption by the Hilton team.

Techunifi LLC completed a major High-Speed Internet network overhaul project for their channel partner in a record time with only 10 minutes of downtime for a fully occupied hotel. With efficiency and expertise, the team pulled this off with new cable runs, full replacement of new headend hardware, and new device-end hardware without affecting guests and uptime. The team completed the project in a record three and a half days from start to finish and completed the heat mapping for GPNS certification, while the hotel was completely sold out for the week due to the graduation event.

Techunifi sponsered in the annual BAPS Charities walk-a-thon. The beneficiary of this charity event was the Family Justice Center, which supports victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, and elder abuse. This center supports people in our HQ hometown. The Family Justice Center provides much-needed care and specialized services to victims, ranging from health to legal services. Techunifi has been selected as the IT partner for the Newport Beach Resort. In this role, Techunifi will be responsible for managing low voltage solutions as well as providing other essential services. Brew Pointe Cafe, a startup café located near the Home2 and Tru hotels adjacent to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, was established on March 15, 2024. Techunifi was responsible for structured cabling, phone installation, WiFi, music, live flight information displays, and digital signage. We actively communicated with the general contractor to ensure a smooth transition to the opening. One challenge we faced was showcasing flight times for Delta passengers in the cafe. To facilitate a more seamless experience for guests, Techunifi implemented a dual-screen display solution. Working with the general contractor, CPConstruction, on this incredible project was an honor. We hope you have the chance to visit this wonderful café and enjoy its amazing ambiance. In addition to the menu boards in the café, Techunifi also helped develop the cafe's website, adding to the company’s portfolio of fully IT-managed sites.
